MOTU Audio Express Compact 6x6 USB2 Audio Interface

MOTU's Audio Express is a 6-in/6-out hybrid interface built to work as both a USB 2.0 audio device and a standalone mixer. Two mic/guitar combo inputs accept XLR and quarter-inch plugs, each with phantom power, a 20 dB pad, and precision digital trim. The interface records at 24-bit/96 kHz and runs bus-powered from any Mac or PC, or standalone with an included power supply.

Inputs span two mic/guitar combos plus a stereo pair of balanced TRS line inputs for keyboards. Outputs include stereo TRS mains, stereo RCA S/PDIF at 24-bit/96 kHz, and a dedicated headphone output with independent volume control. The onboard 8-bus CueMix DSP mixer creates four independent zero-latency mixes across all six inputs; sample-accurate MIDI I/O and a footswitch input provide external control. CueMix FX software adds tuning tools, FFT analysis, oscilloscope, and phase analysis without requiring a connected computer.
