Zoom Neurig Amp & Effects Modeler for Guitar

Thirty DNA amp and effect models sit at the core of the Zoom Neurig, a guitar amp and effects modeller that tracks how real amps respond across every knob rather than copying a single static snapshot. It also loads NAM A2-Lite captures natively, and linking it to the SessionZ Pedal app opens access to more than 700,000 free TONE3000 captures and IRs. Dual touchscreens and a metal body under 2 pounds keep it pedalboard-friendly.

Cabinet simulation uses 22 Multi-Layer IRs, each combining three IRs recorded at different volumes, with selectable mic and mic placement. There are 50 slots for user-loaded IRs. Rigs hold up to 14 amps and effects from a library of 139 stackable effects, with four presets per rig and 200 rigs stored. Processing runs at 32-bit float, and rig changes are gapless, so delay and reverb trails ring out naturally mid-switch. Parallel routing lets you split signal between a stage amp and the PA.

Connectivity covers stereo outputs, headphone out, a send/return supporting +4dBu gear and the 4-Cable Method, 3.5mm MIDI in/out, and a control input for the FP02M expression pedal or FS01 footswitch. USB 2.0 works as a 48 kHz, 32-bit float 2in/2out interface and charges the unit. The built-in battery runs up to 4.5 hours. Bluetooth 5.4 handles app editing, Rig AI patch building, YouTube playback with stem separation, and Wi-Fi delivers firmware updates and cloud-processed captures of your own gear.
