Product Information
Yamaha has combined the sound engines of two dedicated stage instruments – the CP Stage Piano and YC Stage Keyboard – into a single 76-key instrument that covers piano, organ and synth duties without compromise. The CK76 brings semi-weighted keyboard action that strikes a practical balance for players who need more range than 61 keys but want to avoid the heft of a full hammer-action board. This is a stage keyboard designed to move quickly between rehearsal rooms, home studios and live stages, with built-in speakers and optional battery power that removes the need for external amplification in smaller settings.
The piano section draws from Yamaha's CFX, S700 and CF3 concert grands, plus the U1 upright, while the organ engine mirrors the Reface YC architecture with five organ types, rotary speaker emulation, vibrato and chorus effects, plus drawbar control. Synth voices, strings and brass sounds are shaped through onboard effects with dedicated faders and knobs for real-time adjustment. An Analog to Digital input accepts microphone or instrument signals for direct recording to a laptop. The CK76 functions as a four-zone MIDI master keyboard, and two customisable pedal inputs allow expression and sustain control to be assigned as needed.
