Product Information
The Ibanez ES3 Echo Shifter brings analog–voiced delay into a compact, stage–ready enclosure designed for players who need rhythmic texture and tonal colour beyond standard repeat effects. This pedal combines modulated delay with pitch–shifting capabilities, allowing the delayed signal to shift up or down in musical intervals while repeating. The modulation section adds movement and depth to each echo, creating everything from subtle shimmer to wild, spiralling soundscapes that respond dynamically to playing dynamics and note choice.
Three dedicated controls shape the delay behaviour: Time adjusts repeat intervals from tight slapback to expansive echoes, Feedback determines regeneration intensity, and the E.Level knob balances wet signal against the dry path. The Shift knob introduces pitch variation to the delayed signal, moving in chromatic steps that can create harmonised repeats or detuned textures. A Mode switch toggles between different operational configurations, while true bypass switching preserves signal integrity when the effect is disengaged. Standard 9V DC power operation and top–mounted jacks keep pedalboard real estate manageable without compromising access during live performance.
