The Vintera® III Late '60s Stratocaster® brings the golden era of Fender's most transformative decade right into your hands, faithfully recreating the specifications that made this period legendary. Built with an alder body and featuring the period‐correct big headstock, this instrument captures the punch and crystal‐clear articulation that defined late '60s Fender tone. Three vintage‐style late '60s single‐coil pickups provide the dynamic, versatile sounds that established Fender's reputation during this pivotal time in music history.
The authentic late '60s "C"‐shaped maple neck profile offers a familiar, comfortable playing feel, while the 7.25" radius fingerboard with vintage‐tall frets provides excellent playability across all 21 frets. Available with either round laminate rosewood or maple fingerboards, each guitar features aged‐white pearloid dot inlays and a bone nut for traditional appointments. The vintage‐style synchronized tremolo system with bent steel saddles allows for expressive pitch manipulation, while period‐correct tuning machines combine classic aesthetics with reliable tuning stability.
Available in three classic finishes: 3‐Color Sunburst with rosewood fingerboard, Ocean Turquoise with rosewood fingerboard, and Olympic White with maple fingerboard. Each model comes strung with Fender® USA 250L Nickel Plated Steel strings (.009‐.042 gauges) and includes a 3‐ply parchment pickguard with parchment plastic control knobs for authentic vintage styling.
