Product Information

The Epiphone Joan Jett Olympic Special Electric Guitar channels decades of rock defiance into a single–pickup instrument that prizes directness over decoration. Modelled after Jett's original Epiphone Olympic Special, this signature model pairs an asymmetrical double–cutaway mahogany body with a glued–in mahogany neck and a single PowerHammer ProBucker™ humbucker at the bridge. The result is a stripped–back rock machine that favours raw power and speed over tonal complexity. Olympic White finish, die–cast tuners, and a Graph Tech® nut complete the hardware spec.

The neck follows the Olympic Special profile with a rosewood fretboard sporting a 12" radius and 22 medium jumbo frets with pearloid dot inlays. Scale length measures 628.65 mm. Control layout is deliberately minimal: a single CTS® volume potentiometer fitted with a black Speed knob offering rubber grip for stage adjustments, plus an on/off toggle that doubles as a kill switch. The MTB605 bridge anchors string tension, while nickel die–cast tuners handle the headstock duties. Joan Jett's signature appears in gold on the rear of the headstock, and the guitar ships with a premium gig bag and artist sticker set.
