Product Information
The Epiphone Coronet is a solid body electric guitar that traces its lineage back to 1959, when Epiphone first introduced this symmetrical double–cutaway design. This cherry finish version restores the character of those early models: a mahogany body paired with a single Epiphone PRO™ P–90 Dogear pickup, a compact three–on–a–side Kalamazoo headstock, and a white butterfly pickguard with foil E logo. The result is a guitar that sits between vintage appeal and modern playability.
Construction centres on a glued–in mahogany neck with a medium C profile and Indian laurel fretboard running across 22 medium jumbo frets with a 12” radius. The scale length is 628 mm. Hardware includes a Lightning Bar compensated wraparound bridge, nickel tuners with ivory buttons, and a Graph Tech nut at 43 mm wide. Electronics are kept simple: one volume control, one tone control, and a three–way toggle switch, all using CTS® potentiometers. A premium gig bag is included.
