Zildjian 12" Galaxy Practice Pad

Zildjian's Galaxy Practice Pad bridges the gap between casual bedroom practise and serious technique development. Constructed from printed silicone mounted on an MDF base, this pad delivers genuine stick response without the noise penalty of acoustic drums. Available in 12-inch and 6-inch diameters, it's built for drummers working through foundational rudiments and grip exercises in confined spaces.

The 12-inch variant offers sufficient playing surface for developing consistent strike zones across the head, critical when ingraining muscle memory for drum set patterns. Non-slip rubber backing anchors the pad firmly during extended sessions, preventing creep across desks or stands. The Galaxy space graphics printed directly onto the silicone serve a functional purpose: visual targets aid positioning awareness and hand placement accuracy during repetition-heavy practise routines.
