Product Information
At 1.6 kg and 465 x 685 x 400 mm, this Yamaha speaker cover wraps a 15-inch cabinet without adding meaningful weight to the load-out. It is cut to fit the DXR15 mk3 and CXR15 mk3, so it sits snug on the enclosure rather than hanging loose like a generic bag. Outdoor gigs, dusty storage sheds and long runs in the back of a van are exactly the conditions it is aimed at.
The cover keeps grime, dust and light weather off the cabinet and grille while the speaker is stored, transported or set up on a windy outdoor stage. Yamaha is upfront about the limits: it does not guarantee protection against water drips, so it is not a substitute for proper rain cover in a downpour. Think of it as scuff, dust and splash defence for the cabinet between the van and the venue.
