The Yamaha QRN8 is a quick–release wing nut designed to reduce setup and teardown time for drummers who change cymbals frequently. The pinch–release mechanism on the movable side component allows instant attachment and removal without threading, while traditional rotation tightening provides precise control over cymbal movement and sustain characteristics once mounted.
