Product Information

The Yamaha BB735A Bass Guitar combines striking design with versatile performance features, making it a standout choice for 5-string players. Its alder/maple/alder laminated body construction enhances resonance and sustain, while the maple centre adds stiffness and accentuates midrange tones to cut through any mix.

Equipped with YGD Custom V7 Alnico V pickups, the BB735A delivers rich, organic tones with exceptional clarity. A 3-band active EQ and active/passive switch offer fine-tuned control over your sound, while level-matched output ensures seamless transitions between modes. High-quality gold-plated contacts improve conductivity, and a battery alert LED eliminates the risk of unexpected power loss during performances.

Built for durability and precision, the BB735A features a 6-bolt miter neck joint for superior sustain, a 5-piece maple and mahogany neck for stability, and lightweight tuners for balanced handling. The Vintage Plus bridge allows for both string-through and top-load configurations, with convertible brass saddles providing customisable tonal options.
