Product Information

The Yamaha ARIUS YDP-166 is a weighted 88-key digital piano built for developing pianists who need advanced touch control and expressive dynamic range. The GrandTouch-E keyboard action with synthetic ebony and ivory keytops replicates the resistance and feel of an acoustic grand, while the Yamaha CFX concert grand piano sample delivers flagship-level sound quality. Powerful 20W + 20W stereo amplification and a 12 cm speaker system with diffusers ensure balanced frequency response across the room.

Ten instrument voices extend beyond piano into electric pianos, organs, and strings, supported by 353 built-in songs for practice and repertoire work. Virtual Resonance Modelling Lite technology models realistic string vibration and cabinet resonance, adding depth that static samples lack. Headphone optimisation allows long sessions without ear fatigue, while Bluetooth MIDI and audio connectivity integrate with the Smart Pianist app for wireless score display and intuitive control. The matching piano bench is included.
