Heavy–duty 1800D nylon waterproof yarn forms the outer shell of this Xtreme DA554 14 inch floor tom bag, which combines a reinforced interior with 5mm PE and 15mm foam padding for dependable protection between rehearsals and gigs. The bag features an embroidered Derringers logo and includes both an easy–carry handle and shoulder strap for transport flexibility. A PVC window holds name or tag cards, while a heavy–duty zip secures the main compartment against the elements.
The reinforced 15mm foam padding sits atop a 5mm polyethylene base layer, creating a dual–density protective barrier around the drum shell. An additional pocket accommodates spare drum heads, keeping replacements close at hand during setup or teardown. The waterproof construction guards against moisture damage during outdoor loading and transport in unpredictable Australian weather conditions.
