Product Information
The Warm Audio WA‐87jr Studio Essential captures the core tonal qualities of the legendary '87‐style microphone in a simplified, streamlined format. Using a single‐backplate K87‐style capsule, it delivers crisp highs, detailed mids, and smooth lows with the same ultra‐low self‐noise and wide dynamic range as the WA‐87jr, but in a fixed‐cardioid design.
Perfect for vocalists, podcasters, streamers, and creators seeking professional studio tone, the WA‐87jr Studio Essential maintains Warm Audio's fully discrete analog signal path while reducing complexity. Its focused cardioid response captures clean, intimate performances without distraction, making it a go‐to choice for modern content creators and home studios. Every WA‐87jr Studio Essential is hand‐tested in Austin, TX, and backed by Warm Audio's 5‐year warranty, offering pro‐grade sound at an unprecedented value.
