UDG Ultimate Hi-Density Custom Pick Foam 2XL for Flight Case

High–density pick–and–pluck foam transforms protective flight cases into custom–fit gear carriers. This 2XL foam insert from UDG measures 600 × 500 × 50mm and arrives with pre–scored cubes that pull out individually to create precise compartments for controllers, mixers, effects units, or any gear requiring shock–absorbing protection during transport. The MK2 revision uses a denser foam formulation than the original version, delivering firmer cushioning that better resists compression over repeated packing cycles.

Each cube measures approximately 10 × 10mm, allowing detailed contouring around knobs, faders, jacks, and irregular hardware shapes. The foam fits UDG Ultimate Flight Cases and other manufacturer cases with compatible interior dimensions. Dark charcoal colouring hides dirt and wear while the closed–cell structure repels moisture and resists tearing when cubes are removed. At 50mm thick, this foam layer provides substantial impact protection for fragile electronics without adding excessive height to case interiors.
