A 6-input summing mixer with 35-watt amplification anchors the Teenage Engineering EP-35 K.O. Amp 35, combining audio interface functionality, battery power, and multi-source connectivity in a portable package. The unit accepts guitar, microphone, and line-level signals simultaneously, functioning as a rehearsal amp, USB 2.0 interface, and Bluetooth speaker. An integrated rechargeable battery and carry handle remove the need for mains power during sessions, while a built-in storage compartment and compatibility with the EP-Plug and EP-Grid System™ extend its utility across mobile and studio environments.

The guitar input provides switchable low and high gain modes via a quarter-inch jack, while the XLR microphone input supplies 48V phantom power for condenser mics. Eight onboard effects presets apply processing to guitar and vocal sources without external pedals or plugins. Stereo line inputs and outputs handle synths, drum machines, and playback devices, with all six channels summing through the internal mixer. Bluetooth connectivity includes LE Audio and broadcast mode for wireless pairing. USB-C handles both audio interface duties and battery charging, allowing direct tracking to a DAW while the amp remains operational.
