Product Information

Tama's Spartan series tackles a real problem: the accumulated fatigue and friction that drums kit setups impose before a single note sounds. The HC72S straight cymbal stand represents the brand's philosophy that portability, stability, and ease of adjustment needn't be compromised. Built with 28.6 mm diameter base tubing, this single–braced design weighs just 1.9 kg, making it genuinely portable without sacrificing stage durability.

The stand's Quick-Set Tilter enables fast, repeatable boom positioning without the frustration of stuck or loose mechanisms. Anti-Walk Rubber Feet anchor the base securely during performance, whilst the Glide-Tite Grip Joint and Quick-Set Cymbal Mate streamline setup and adjustment. At 660 cm in packaged length, it breaks down compactly for transport or storage. These practical details emerge from listening to what drummers actually experience during soundchecks and long touring days–not marketing assumptions.
