Tama's MTH900BM is a single tom holder engineered around the Omni-Ball mounting system, a design that has earned credibility among professional drummers over more than two decades. The 25.4mm diameter bass section tubing provides structural rigidity whilst maintaining quick angle adjustments. This is a workhorse component for drummers building custom kits or retrofitting existing hardware configurations.

The Omni-Ball joint allows nearly unlimited tom positioning by loosening a single T-nut, removing the need for multiple mounting points or complicated repositioning rituals. The ball-and-socket design distributes load evenly across the connection, reducing vibration transfer to the drum stand and preserving tonal clarity. Drummers running compact setups, split configurations, or off-centre tom placements will find the angular flexibility valuable for accommodating unconventional stage or studio arrangements.
