Tama Imperialstar 5pc Drumkit Pack w/ Black Nickel Shell Hardware (Blacked Out Black)

The Tama Imperialstar 5pc drumkit pairs Japanese engineering with an all–black aesthetic that cuts through on stage and in the studio. This configuration delivers a compact yet versatile setup—kick, snare, two toms, and floor tom—wrapped in Tama's Blacked Out Black finish with black nickel shell hardware. The Imperialstar sits in Tama's mid–range, offering genuine durability without the premium price tag.

Tama's Imperialstar shells use quality bearing edges and lugs that respond predictably across dynamic ranges. The black nickel hardware resists corrosion and pairs with the blacked out finish for visual coherence across all components. This kit accepts standard cymbal stands and hardware, integrating smoothly into existing rigs. Shell pack dimensions accommodate both compact apartments and full–size rehearsal spaces without compromise on tone projection or tuning range.

Musicians moving from practice pads to recorded sessions will find the Imperialstar's tonal character sits well in mixed genres—rock, pop, funk, and contemporary jazz all benefit from its controlled resonance. The snare responds crisply to brush and stick work, while tom articulation stays clear at both soft dynamics and full–volume playing.
