Product Information

The Stagg SUM40 is a USB condenser microphone designed for direct–to–computer recording without external interfaces or phantom power supplies. Its cardioid polar pattern focuses on sound sources directly in front of the capsule while rejecting off–axis noise, making it well–suited to vocal recording, podcasting, and speech capture in untreated spaces. The set includes a desktop tripod stand and USB cable for immediate connection to Mac or Windows systems.

USB bus power eliminates the need for separate audio interfaces or phantom power units. The cardioid capsule provides directional pickup with strong rear rejection, reducing room reflections and background noise during recording sessions. A desktop tripod stand keeps the microphone stable on work surfaces, while the included USB cable provides both power delivery and digital audio transmission in a single connection.
