Product Information

The Stagg ABS2US is a shallow-profile 2U rack case engineered to house rackmountable audio and MI gear in a compact, road-ready enclosure. Moulded from impact-resistant ABS thermoplastic, the case features aluminium edging and corner protection along with a pair of steel rack rails rated for standard 19-inch equipment mounting. The shallow depth keeps the overall footprint minimal while maintaining structural integrity under transport and storage conditions.

Twin steel rack rails accept any combination of 2U equipment with threaded mounting holes positioned to EIA standards. The ABS shell resists impacts and moisture without adding excessive weight to a gigging rig. Aluminium edge trim runs the perimeter of the case, reinforcing seams and protecting high-stress zones during load-in. Recessed metal butterfly latches secure the hinged lid, and a moulded carry handle allows single-handed transport. Interior depth accommodates shorter-chassis processors, preamps, and power conditioners commonly found in mobile and studio racks.
