Bringing the clarity and presence of the Sontronics SOLO dynamic microphone to wireless handheld systems, this supercardioid capsule from Sontronics is designed specifically for Shure wireless transmitters. The SOLO W1 Dynamic Supercardioid Capsule delivers a confident, natural vocal sound that cuts through the mix in live environments, whether on stage, in houses of worship, theatres or corporate venues. Its focused supercardioid polar pattern reduces spill from monitors, instruments and ambient stage noise, keeping vocals clear and controlled even in demanding live situations.
The capsule features a neodymium magnet and handles up to 140dB SPL for less than 1% THD, with a frequency range of 50Hz–15kHz and a sensitivity of 5.5 mV/Pa. Compatible with a wide range of Shure systems including QLX-D, ULX-D, SLX-D, PGX-D, Axient AD2, Axient ADX2, GLXD2+, BLX2 and legacy ULX/SLX models, the SOLO W1 also works with Audio Technica 3000 Series, Lectrosonics HH and HHa, Line 6 V75/V55 and Sound Devices Astral transmitters. Hard black anodised finish with a black steel grille provides durability for touring use, weighing 170g and measuring 93mm × 50mm × 50mm.
