The Shure ULXD4QH54 is a quad-channel digital wireless receiver engineered for professional sound reinforcement across live venues, studios, and broadcast applications. Built into a single 1RU metal chassis weighing just 7.6 pounds, this unit houses four independent receivers with individual gain controls, LED metering, and XLR outputs. The H54 band covers 520–636 MHz, delivering the RF stability and audio fidelity that live sound engineers and touring musicians depend on for mission-critical applications.
Each channel operates independently with up to 60 dB of adjustable gain and digital predictive switching diversity to ensure uninterrupted audio. The receiver supports AES 256-bit encryption for secure transmission, Dante™ networked audio over Ethernet, and RF cascade ports that allow signal distribution between units. Front-panel LCD controls include an intuitive menu system with lockout capability, switchable mic/line output levels, and upgraded contrast/brightness adjustment. Wireless Workbench® 6 software integration enables advanced frequency coordination, monitoring, and control; compatibility with AMX, Crestron®, and Yamaha® CL consoles streamlines deployment in complex systems.
High Density mode allows multiple ULX-D systems to operate simultaneously within 30-metre applications, whilst optimised scanning automatically identifies and deploys the cleanest available frequencies to paired transmitters via infrared sync. Bodypack frequency diversity safeguards transmission for time-sensitive productions. The unit accepts remoteable half-wave antennas and integrates with the AXT600 Axient® Spectrum Manager for expanded RF management across networked receivers.
