Product Information
Shure’s P9T is a half-rack wireless transmitter built as the transmission hub of the PSM® 900 Personal Monitor System. Operating across the 656–692 MHz frequency band, it pairs with the P9RA+ bodypack receiver to deliver in-ear and cue monitoring for stage and live applications. The transmitter’s core strength lies in its exceptional linearity, which dramatically reduces frequency intermodulation across the band.
The P9T accepts audio via balanced XLR input and can network up to 20 compatible channels within its frequency range without performance degradation. An RF Mute Switch silences transmission during setup to prevent interference on active frequencies. Scan and Sync technology automatically configures the transmitter to compatible bodypack receivers using an infrared link, eliminating manual frequency matching. The unit ships with power supply included and half-rack chassis dimensions for standard equipment racks. Antenna connectivity accommodates optional Shure antennas for improved signal coverage in challenging venues.
