A Floyd Rose 1000 Series tremolo set to a 16-inch radius is the headline on this PRS Tekton, built for players who lean on dive bombs, flutter effects and wide vibrato. Unlike the mango-topped Tekton models, it uses a lightweight alder body with a shallow violin carve, sculpted contours and the upper-fret scoop. The thin Modern “D” neck, 25.5-inch scale and 16-inch fretboard radius keep it fast, while stainless steel frets stand up to aggressive technique.

The Floyd Rose bridge holds tuning from subtle vibrato through to full dive bombs, and non-locking Phase III tuners keep headstock weight down and promote tone transfer. Stylus humbuckers are voiced with a flatter response, holding clarity under gain without flattening dynamics, and they sit comfortably in front of tube amps and digital rigs alike. Each position is voiced to sound good alone and in combination, with a push/pull tone control for coil-splitting.

The scarfed maple neck carries an ebony fingerboard with offset dot inlays and blue Luminlay side dots, and the finish is a high-gloss nitro body with a satin nitro neck. Nut width is 1 11/16-inch, widening to 2¼-inch at the body. Controls are a volume, push/pull tone and three-way blade switch.
