The SE Silver Sky Defender retains the bolt–on construction, player–focused ergonomics, and tonal response that define the Silver Sky platform, now wrapped in a finish drawn from Defender's archive of over 900 colours spanning decades of automotive history.

The SE Silver Sky Defender maintains the core specifications that make the Silver Sky a working musician's instrument: three single–coil pickups, a 635mm scale length, and a tremolo bridge calibrated for tuning stability under stage conditions.
