Protection Racket's Deluxe Cymbal Bag sets the standard for cymbal transport with a design built to shield valuable cymbals from road damage. The 22" model accommodates up to four cymbals in the main compartment plus a dedicated outer pocket for hi-hats up to 15", totalling six cymbals per compartment with proper separation. Removable Propile dividers ensure each cymbal sits independently, eliminating contact noise and movement during transit–critical for protecting cymbal finish and sustain characteristics.
Internal dimensions measure 23" × 3", providing adequate clearance beyond the nominal 22" shell size to accommodate hardware fixtures without compression. Both padded carrying handle and shoulder strap come standard, whilst a rucksack variant (model 6020R-00) offers hands-free transport for touring musicians. The outer pocket configuration handles smaller cymbals and splash mounts, making the case adaptable to varied setups without requiring secondary bags.
