The brand's 10" × 7" standard tom case (catalogue 5107–10) exemplifies this philosophy, delivering internal dimensions of 13" × 12" × 8" to accommodate hardware and suspension mounts without excessive dead space. The reinforced construction suits working drummers who need dependable transport across venues.

The case accommodates toms with or without suspension mounts, a practical consideration for kit variations. Internal dimensions exceed shell measurements to allow clearance for lugs, bearing edges, and mount brackets—13" × 12" × 8" provides sufficient buffer without compromising portability. The revised labelling system now features enlarged silicone graphics stating drum type and size, reducing misidentification during setup and pack–down at festivals or touring dates. Across the range, Protection Racket offers 16 sizes from 8" to 16", covering virtually all tom configurations found in modern drum kits.
