Pearl Two-Face Cajon

Pearl Percussion's Two-Face Cajon delivers professional versatility in a single instrument by offering two distinct playing personalities. Measuring 19.75" tall by 12.5" wide and deep, this dual-faceplate design lets players flip between tonal characters mid-set without changing instruments. One side features a 5mm-thick faceplate for warm, woody tones; the reverse offers a 3mm-thick surface for punchy, articulate attack.

The cajon body is constructed from Asiatic hardwood with Rubberwood faceplates sourced from Para rubber trees–an environmentally responsible choice that's ideal for percussion applications. Both faces carry two sets of fixed 6.5" snares, while the side-mounted bass port supports low-end projection and resonance. The natural faceplate finish contrasts with the dark brown body, and the optional PSC-1213CJ case provides transport protection for touring or studio work.

The twin-snare arrangement on each faceplate (four sets total) allows players to exploit textural variation across both sides without sacrificing response or clarity. This makes the Two-Face particularly valuable for performers juggling contrasting musical styles, where rapid tonal shifts between verses, choruses, or even full sets demand hardware versatility without compromise.
