Product Information

The Paiste 16 Inch PST 8 Reflector China Cymbal brings legendary Swiss craftsmanship to drummers seeking that perfect trashy, bright accent sound. Crafted from the renowned 2002 bronze (CuSn8 Bronze), these cymbals undergo traditional hand hammering techniques and feature the distinctive handmade Reflector finish that defines authentic Paiste quality.

This versatile china cymbal excels across an impressive range of musical styles, from Classic Rock and Blues through to Heavy Metal, Punk, and Modern Metal applications. Its medium bright, full character with slightly raw overtones creates a complex mix that cuts through both live performances and studio recordings. The fast attack and shattering, trashy decay make it particularly effective in medium soft to very loud playing situations.

The PST8 series represents exceptional value, combining the hallmarks of Swiss workmanship with attractive pricing that matches other successful Paiste Sound Technology ranges. This lively, energetic china cymbal serves as an ideal accent piece that will complement any drum kit setup across genres including Funk, R&B, Soul, Gospel, Country Rock, Ska, and Rockabilly.
