The Meinl Sonic Energy Wind Gong Flower Of Life 24” is a handcrafted instrument cast in China using a special bronze alloy. Its nearly flat profile defines the design–this shape lets the gong's voice open fully across a wide tonal spectrum while sustaining for extended periods. Strike it softly and dominant low tones emerge; play with force and wave-like overtones bloom across the frequency range.

At 60 cm in diameter, this gong delivers mainly low-pitched character with rich harmonic complexity. The special bronze alloy responds to both delicate mallets and aggressive playing, rewarding technique and dynamics. Each instrument arrives with a beater sized to the gong and a protective cover, removing guesswork from setup and storage.
