Meinl Sonic Energy Singing Bowl Suction Holder Medium

The Meinl Sonic Energy Singing Bowl Suction Holder Medium is a specialist accessory for sound therapy and sound bath work with metal singing bowls weighing 700 to 1500 grams. Built by Meinl, a leading manufacturer of percussion and sonic instruments, this holder enables practitioners to move singing bowls freely across the body during sessions, directing vibrations and sound energy with precision control that static placement cannot achieve.

The holder features a coloured beech wood handle paired with a PVC suction pad that grips the inner surface of the singing bowl at its centre. Measuring 20cm in length and weighing just 73 grams, it's light enough for extended use during long sessions. Before each use, moisten the suction pad slightly and ensure the bowl's inner surface is dust–free; press firmly to establish a secure hold before lifting. The design works with Meinl Sonic Energy bowls from the Universal, Cosmos, and Energy Therapy ranges, plus comparable metal singing bowls with plain inner surfaces.

This holder transforms sound massage technique by allowing the practitioner to move the vibrating bowl across specific body areas–neck, shoulders, limbs, abdomen–focusing acoustic energy where it's needed most. The flexible control and stable grip make it an essential tool for anyone running regular sound baths, conducting one–on–one sound therapy, or exploring the physical effects of singing bowl vibration in structured practice.
