The Meinl Sonic Energy Planetary Crystal Singing Bowl is a 12" quartz instrument tuned to 194.18 Hz, the Synodic Day frequency corresponding to Earth's mean solar day. Hand-crafted from high-purity white-frosted quartz, this bowl produces an exceptionally long-lasting resonance aligned with Root Chakra work, making it a genuine tool for sound therapy practitioners, meditation facilitators, and studio engineers exploring frequency-based healing applications.
