The Meinl Sonic Energy Octave Steel Tongue Drum is a 16-inch meditation and sound therapy instrument that spans two octaves in F Major tuning. Tuned to 432 Hz rather than the standard 440 Hz concert pitch, this nine-note drum is designed for relaxation practices and intuitive musical exploration. The coated stainless steel shell features an engraved floral pattern with a dark green finish, combining visual appeal with resonant tonal projection that suits both therapeutic settings and creative composition.
The 40.6 cm diameter drum delivers nine notes across an expanded range: F3, G3, A3, B♭3, C4, D4, E4, F4, and G4, all calibrated to A4 at 432 Hz.
