The Meinl Sonic Energy Meditation Flow Chime 38" is a purpose–built instrument tuned to C Minor at 432 Hz, designed for meditation, sound therapy, and relaxation work. Ten notes across the C Minor scale provide rich harmonic depth, while the chime's dual–sided playability allows dynamic sound creation. Corrosion–resistant aluminium tubes suspended from nylon cords within an ash wood frame deliver sustained, soothing resonance that cuts through ambient noise without harshness.
Construction quality matters here. The 95 cm frame is engraved ash wood, mounting ten precisely tuned aluminium tubes that ring at frequencies designed to promote mental calm. Each note spans from C5 through Bb6, offering both individual note strikes and full–range flowing sequences. The included high–quality felt mallet allows controlled striking, while gentle swirling produces the characteristic spherical wash of sound this chime style is known for. A padded carrying case with velvet lining and adjustable shoulder strap makes transport practical for gigging sound healers and studio practitioners alike.
