Product Information
Meinl Sonic Energy's Harmonic Art Handpan Care Wax protects the playing surface of handpans from rust development while maintaining the steel's shine and appearance. Formulated specifically for the unique demands of handpan maintenance, this wax addresses the environmental exposure that steel instruments face during regular use and storage. Apply it to the playing surface when dryness becomes apparent to keep your instrument in peak condition.
The wax works by creating a protective barrier across the steel's top surface, preventing oxidation and rust formation while restoring the lustrous finish that new handpans exhibit. Its gentle formulation allows for easy application without damaging the instrument's tone or playing characteristics. Use only on the playing surface to avoid interference with tuning or acoustic properties, and reapply periodically as part of your regular maintenance routine.
