The Meinl Sonic Energy Crystal TCM 2-Piece Singing Bowl Set brings Traditional Chinese Medicine philosophy into sound healing practice. Developed collaboratively with Daoist priest and TCM Sound Therapy expert Woodie Wulin, this matched pair of high-purity quartz bowls generates deep, sustained vibrations tuned to specific frequencies that resonate with the body's energy system. The Yin bowl (12" / 30 cm) vibrates at 210.42 Hz (~G#3), while the Yang bowl (14" / 35 cm) resonates at 252.44 Hz (~B3), creating complementary tones for balanced energy work.

Constructed from gemstone-quality quartz with a white-frosted finish, each bowl delivers extremely long-lasting resonance suited to meditation, relaxation, and sound therapy applications.
