The Meinl Sonic Energy Cosmic Bamboo Chime Aurora is a tuned percussion instrument built for meditation, sound baths, and yoga practice. Housed in bamboo with alloy steel tines, this chime produces gentle, resonant tones tuned to 432 Hz—a frequency aligned with morning energy and reflection. Two interchangeable pendulums (acrylic and wood) let you switch between brighter and softer tones depending on your session's mood.

The chime contains eight metal tines tuned to E4, A4, D5, E5, F#5, A5, D6, and F#6, each struck by an internal pendulum mechanism. Materials include Zambesi redwood, cherry wood, polyester, and acrylic construction. Simply hold the braided cord, pull it straight, and lift to activate the pendulum. The wrist strap provides secure, comfortable handling during extended play, while the dual–pendulum system means you can layer contrasting tones when combining multiple chimes.

Aurora is one of four time–aligned tunings in the Cosmic Bamboo range, each designed to resonate with different parts of the day.
