Product Information
The Lehle P-ISO is a passive isolation transformer and direct injection box designed to eliminate hum and ground loops without compromising signal integrity. At its heart sits the high-end Lehle Transformer HZ, a galvanically isolating transformer engineered specifically for high-impedance signals but equally capable with low-impedance sources. This German-made unit requires no power supply, operating entirely passively while maintaining full frequency response and zero signal degradation across the audio spectrum.
The Transformer HZ core provides complete galvanic isolation between input and ISO output, physically breaking ground loop paths that cause hum when connecting multiple devices. Both unbalanced and balanced signals pass through without loss, making this box equally effective as a hum eliminator between guitar and amp, a stereo amp isolator fed from effects processors, or a reamplification interface maintaining studio-grade fidelity. The compact aluminium enclosure measures small enough to mount beneath pedalboards or slip into a gig bag pocket, yet houses transformer technology typically reserved for high-end recording consoles.
Features
- Passive isolation transformer and DI box with zero power requirements
- Lehle Transformer HZ core for galvanic isolation and ground loop elimination
- High-impedance optimised design also processes low-impedance signals without compromise
- ISO output accepts and delivers balanced or unbalanced signals interchangeably
- Eliminates hum and background noise caused by ground loops between devices
- Functions as reamplification device maintaining full signal fidelity through transformer
- Compact aluminium housing fits beneath pedalboards or in equipment pockets
- Dual-amplifier isolation when running stereo effects into separate amp heads
