Product Information
The Hosa EDGE DB25 to Neutrik XLRF Snake delivers eight channels of balanced analogue audio over 2 metres, connecting DB25 equipped interfaces to outboard gear, summing mixers, or console inputs with genuine Neutrik XX-Series XLR female connectors. This is studio cabling without the sales pitch. XLPE insulation provides the low capacitance and thermal stability required for transparent signal transfer in demanding tracking and mixing environments.
Each channel uses 24 AWG oxygen-free copper conductors wrapped in a 58-strand spiral shield, providing effective RFI and EMI rejection in electrically complex rooms. The DB25 connector features robust metal hoods that maintain pin alignment under repeated connection cycles. Cross-linked polyethylene dielectric ensures stable capacitance across the audio band, while the high-density shield matches the rejection performance of premium bulk studio cable. Neutrik connectors provide consistent contact pressure and long-term reliability in professional use.
