The F Major key suits standard American blues voicings across multiple registers, with a 3-octave tonal range packed into a compact 10 cm frame.
The comb material underpins the Crossover's core advantage: triple-lacquered bamboo sealed with an UltraGlide coating on the mouthpiece delivers complete water resistance and airtightness, eliminating the swelling that plagues traditional wooden models. Twenty brass reeds (0.9 mm thickness) feed into brass reed plates, whilst rounded channel openings and reed-plate edges reduce mouth fatigue during extended sessions. Richter tuning across ten holes with reinforced cover plates featuring side vents and an open back design maximises volume stability whether played acoustically or amplified.
