The Katoh Hispania bridges the gap between classical tradition and modern amplification demands. This steel-string acoustic-electric features a carved mahogany body paired with a solid maple soundboard, delivering rich harmonic depth without the price barrier typically associated with all-solid construction. The SG1 Digital electronics system combines a piezo transducer and onboard microphone, offering tonal flexibility that extends well beyond standard undersaddle pickup systems.

The mahogany neck and body construction provides warmth and sustain across the frequency spectrum. SG1 Digital electronics include onboard reverb, delay, and EQ for stage-ready tone shaping without external effects. USB-C connectivity enables direct digital recording to computer or mobile device. The rechargeable battery system eliminates the need for 9V replacements, while the headphone output allows silent practice monitoring. Ships with a reinforced gig bag. Available in four high-gloss transparent black and colour finishes.
