Hardcase's 18” bass drum case combines robust protection with practical portability for touring and studio work. Built to order in pink, the HN18B handles shells ranging from 14” to 20” in depth, accommodating most standard configurations. This fully lined case prioritises damage prevention over weight–at 7.8 kg fully padded, it strikes a balance between road-worthiness and ease of transport for gigging musicians.
Construction centres on protective foam padding throughout the interior, with the lined version adding 600 grams of cushioning compared to pads alone. The HN18B measures 7.2 kg with pads only, expanding to 7.8 kg when fully lined. Shell depth accommodation spans 14” to 20”, meaning hardware and bearing edge profile variations remain within safe tolerance. Made to order production ensures each case matches the specific drum's dimensions, minimising movement during transit and reducing potential for finish damage.
