Product Information
Gibson's Victory Floyd Rose brings the renewed appeal of the Victory series together with the vibrato system modern players demand. Built on a mahogany double-cutaway body with an AA figured maple top, this guitar combines classic Gibson construction with contemporary hardware. The 647.7 mm scale length paired with a SlimTaper mahogany neck and ebony fretboard supports both standard and drop–tuned applications, whilst the Floyd Rose locking vibrato and nut system deliver tuning stability under aggressive use.
Two uncovered 80s Tribute humbuckers with zebra bobbins drive the electronics package, with push/pull master volume and tone controls enabling coil splitting and inner/outer coil selection. The 24 medium jumbo frets sit on a compound radius fingerboard, and the six–on–a–side Explorer–style headstock carries Grover Mini Rotomatic tuners with chrome hardware throughout. Ebony dot inlays, black five–ply pickguard, and black Top Hat knobs reinforce the shred–focused aesthetic available in three gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finishes.
Drop tunings, single–coil textures via coil splitting, and extended vibrato expression benefit from the Floyd Rose architecture and scale length. Players reaching for extended creative range across high–gain and cleaner tones will find broad tonal flexibility through the three–way selector and control topology.
