Product Information
The adjustable hinge allows variable angling of 290mm box truss sections, enabling overhead lighting rigs to follow sloped ceilings, angled stages, or curved architectural lines. Event Lighting's AHINGE290 connects two truss segments with a continuously adjustable joint, replacing the need for multiple fixed–angle couplers or custom fabrication. Measuring 300 x 300 x 250mm, this hinge maintains the structural integrity of box truss runs while introducing controlled flexibility where standard straight–through connections won't work.
The hinge mechanism secures both truss ends with bolted clamps, allowing the angle to be set and locked before hoisting. Once positioned, the joint holds its angle under load without drift or creep. This component integrates into Event Lighting's 290mm box truss system, matching the cross–section of their standard square sections. The housing accommodates the full width of the truss profile, ensuring clean load transfer across the connection point without shear stress or lateral play.
