Box truss forms the structural backbone of touring rigs and venue installations. This 290mm ladder–style section is a 0.29m length segment built from 6061–T6 aluminium alloy, finished in black powder coat with TUV certification. A single unit interlocks with others to create grid spans for lighting fixtures, supporting both weight and vibration across the frequency range of modern moving heads and static rigs.
Construction relies on a 50mm × 2mm main tube paired with 50mm × 2mm vice braces and 25mm × 2mm diagonal bracing. The 290 × 290 × 290mm cube profile provides balanced rigidity without excessive mass, critical for systems requiring frequent setup and strike cycles. Aluminium alloy 6061–T6 resists corrosion and fatigue, whilst 2mm wall thickness maintains structural integrity under sustained touring loads.
