Product Information
Built specifically for left-handed players, this Studio Grand Auditorium from Cole Clark delivers all-solid timber construction in a cutaway body designed for comfortable upper-fret access. The spruce top combines with African mahogany back, sides, and neck to produce a balanced tonal response across the frequency spectrum. Cole Clark's PG3mk2 pickup system pairs a strip piezo with onboard controls, providing stage-ready amplification without compromising the guitar's natural acoustic character. The poly satin finish protects the timber while maintaining a natural feel under the hands.
The 25.5-inch scale length and 12-inch radius rosewood fretboard provide familiar playing territory, while the 44mm Graph Tech Tusq nut offers smooth string travel and consistent intonation. Abalone dot inlays mark the fretboard positions, and an inlaid abalone rosette with timber binding adds visual detail to the soundhole. Phosphor bronze strings gauged 12–53 come fitted as standard. The rosewood bridge anchors the strings securely, and Cole Clark-branded machine heads maintain stable tuning. A heavy-duty grey gig bag is included, along with a pickguard supplied in the case for players who prefer additional top protection.
The solid timber construction throughout the body contributes to long-term tonal development as the guitar ages. This model is not recommended for percussive playing techniques due to its construction specifications. Grain patterns will vary between individual instruments due to the natural characteristics of the timber. The cutaway body shape provides practical access to the upper register while maintaining the studio grand auditorium's core voice and projection characteristics.
