The new Performance II "Colour Series" offers an eye-catching look with a versatile sound. These heads are perfect for video or live performances and excel in the studio as well.
The Performance II is a two-ply head manufactured with Aquarian's Vacuum Tuned process that eliminates air bubbles and wrinkles between the plies. The two clear 7mil plies are glued and sealed only at the edges to tame unwanted overtones while focusing on low frequencies.
Designed for loose tuning, the Performance II delivers a low, fat, punchy tom-tom sound that was a hallmark of classic rock and roll records. Built-in frequency control adds focused power, making these heads an excellent upgrade that can instantly improve the sound of entry-level kits.
