The item must be exactly the same—same SKU, model, and colour—brand new, in stock, and supplied by an authorised Australian distributor with a full warranty.

We’ll match a price we can confirm as current, including any shipping or handling charges. Just provide the product link so we can verify it.
We Make Sure the Price is Advertised Correctly
We can’t match pricing errors (like typos or outdated costs), but we’ll always do our best to find you a great deal.
How to Request a Price Match
Simply submit a price match request, and we’ll get back to you ASAP—usually within one business day. Providing a phone number helps us respond faster, but if not, we’ll reach out via email.
*While we aim to match as many offers as possible, there are some exclusions:
