A new and extraordinary vintage violin bass model, beautifully aged for the authentic look and feel of a vintage instrument, but with the advantage of a completely healthy new bass.
In order to achieve the remarkably aged finish, our master violin makers use secret lacquer recipes and working techniques. The 63-RLC is inspired by the bass that we made for Paul McCartney in 1963: with an unrimmed 2-piece neck and strip tuners.
Each bass is a unique instrument, no two are exactly alike as the ageing process is individually done by hand. All models come with a pearloid pickguard (not mounted) and a Höfner Vintage strap and case.
